Choir will resume again on February 4th when we will begin learning to sing a new set of songs with the theme of Ginninderra Sparkling Water. According to historian Lyall Gillespie, "the name Ginninderra is derived from the Aboriginal word for the creek which flows through the district . . . which is said to mean sparkling or throwing out little rays of light." Some of the songs were done by the choir back in 2016 as part of a Boating theme. In 2025 this is being broadened to encompass all forms of the water of life.
